why "unfinished"
somewhere along the way i noticed a pattern: i had a lot of ideas and almost nothing to show for it.
- a campaign concept that stayed a paragraph.
- a design that stayed a screenshot.
- a "what if" that never left the notes app.
none of them were bad ideas.
they just never became things.
if i think of it,
i finish it.
turns out that rule is basically my whole personality now.
02
how i actually work
i think in three moves.
- 01figure out what's actually going on
- 02make something that says it well
- 03build the thing so it's not just a mockup anymore
most people are good at one of those. i got stubborn about doing all three, mostly because handing an idea off to someone else felt like giving up on it halfway.
this page didn't come from a template, for what it's worth.
i built the desk it's sitting on too.
03
three rules
follow-through
if it's on this site, it got finished. no exceptions, no "still working on it" folders hiding in the back.
plain thinking
no jargon, no "leveraging synergies." if an idea needs a buzzword to make sense, it probably doesn't make sense yet.
made, not planned
a deck is a plan. a shipped site, a real video, a working design — that's made. i'd rather show you than tell you.
that's the end of this list, on purpose.

what's in here
strategy, research, and d.o.t. — a competition project built around a problem worth solving.
ai video, graphics, brand work.
websites that started as an idea and ended up as actual code.
different tools.
same rule:
don't leave it unfinished.
i'm currently a digital creative.
i think like a marketer, make like a designer, and build like a developer.
if you've got an idea that's been sitting half-finished somewhere, we'll probably get along.
